My Story
Surviving keeps you from living. The longer you stay in survival mode, the further you get from enjoying all the possibilities your life has to offer.

Welcome! I'm Kendra, and I am an independent Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I have seven years of clinical experience in various settings, such as the Department of Corrections, foster care, higher education, alternative schools, and private practice. I love supporting all communities and have worked with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

My clinical focus is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, identity issues, and trauma. I believe heavily in giving back to my community by providing free mental health resources. Currently, I co-facilitate a mom support group that you can check out here.
